Sensitive information is stored on a password protected computer and is only accessible to the authorised therapist responsible for your treatment. Archived information is securely destroyed after 7 years.

Should you choose to not provide us with the relevant sensitive information or be transparent with your health and wellbeing we would be unable to provide you with the services that you requested. Naturopathic practitioners are legally required to identify our clients by collecting their name and address, and failure in providing us with this information may result in us not being able to provide the services you requested.
