Your health journey starts with an Initial & Comprehension consultation that includes the following:

• You receive a customised analysis of your consultation with relevant treatment strategies to start your health journey. This "Health Review" of approximately 15-20 pages is usually sent within 72 hours of your appointment (business hours).

• Dietary recommendations as intervention for your specific health needs with an additional complimentary meal planner that may assist you with your intervention. The additional complimentary meal planner consists of approximately 28 recipes for 7 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner and occasional snack inspiration. This hand-out alone is 29 pages as a bonus to inspire healthy eating.

• Lifestyle recommendations as intervention for your specific health needs that may assist you on your health journey.

• Additional education resources / handouts specific to your needs to educate and assist you on your health journey.

• Customised prescription from our preferred natural health dispensaries for ordering and delivering right to your door.

Further investigations into complex health conditions may be done through blood and functional pathology as well as genetic testing at an additional cost.
